The Trigger Phase (The Release Condition)
We will not hand over your repository simply because a client requests it. The client must prove that a contractually agreed release condition has occurred.

The Notification & Dispute Phase (Your Window to React)
Once a beneficiary submits a release request backed by evidence, the clock starts ticking for you. If you believe the client's claim is invalid (e.g., you did deliver the patch, or the client hasn't paid their bills), you file a formal dispute. This automatically halts the release and pushes the issue into independent arbitration. The Release Phase (Handing Over the Assets)
